Formerly, this Ministry provided youth of all ages with a safe, joyful, and unconditionally loving environment to explore their spirituality and to fully embody their divine nature. Programs offered presented wonderful ways to grow and nurture the inherent wholeness that exists within each child. These programs created a sacred place where children are encouraged to know God through the spiritual practices of affirmative prayer, meditation, affirmation, service and community, and through reading, art, music, crafts, and play.
We look forward to a time where the need and resources align to offer this valuable Ministry dedicated to the spiritual unfoldment of the world’s most precious gift – the children - once again.

AFFIRMATIONS: A Basic Tool
Affirmations are statements we make about our being and our lives. The word affirmation means: something validated, made firm. An affirmation is a desire stated in present-tense terms as if it is already manifesting in our lives. With affirmations we can reprogram our minds as if we are filling a glass of dark, cloudy water, drop by drop, with clear water.
Writing Affirmations
- Make them personal: I AM… I KNOW… I LET… GOD WITHIN ME IS…
- Make them short: One sentence, if possible, for easy memorizing.
- Write them in the present tense. RIGHT NOW, TODAY, IN THIS MOMENT.
- Never use the past or future tense.
- Make the vocabulary personal to YOU: Use your own manner or speaking.
- Be specific but do not “outline”. State WHAT but not HOW.
- Use words that touch you at the feeling level.
Working with Affirmations
Place them everywhere you are likely to look.
- Write each 10 to 20 times.
- Say them aloud as many times a day as you can; be enthusiastic.
- Record them and play them to yourself throughout the day.
- If the words don’t "feel right" to you, restate them until they do.
YOUTH AND FAMILY: TEACHINGS
WHAT WE TEACH OUR CHILDREN
- We teach our children that God is Life – the Life within each of them and in all Creation – that all people are children of the One God, regardless of race, color, or creed and therefore all are brothers and sisters.
- We teach that God is good, all good, and we are all created in the image of God and therefore all good.
- We teach that God is Love, that we love God because God loves us. We obey God’s laws through Love not fear.
- We teach that sin is a mistake, and when we make mistakes we experience the consequences of them not punishment by God.
- We teach that God is Spirit and is present everywhere – that this Spirit is within us and speaks to us through our minds and hearts as we listen.
- We teach the Religious Science is a philosophy that can be lived at home, at school, and at play. That since God is within us – heaven is also within us – that as we live our lives in harmony with God’s Laws we live in heaven NOW.
- We teach that in God’s Love we are already whole and perfect.
- We teach that God is: Truth, Beauty, Peace, and Harmony and that as we recognize our Unity with God our lives are filled with Health, Happiness and Success.
- We teach that nothing is too wonderful to happen, nothing is too good to be true, and everything is possible with God.
