Cindi's professional music career took off in the 80s when she performed weekly at Jung’s Far East Restaurant in Raleigh. She explored the music scene for a summer in New York City and returned to Raleigh to perform solo six nights a week at local clubs and restaurants. She performed with a local band for several years doing private parties all over the state.
In 2001, she came to Unity of the Triangle and jumped into the music program as vocalist, pianist, or choir director. While hosting a joint concert with Triangle Center for Spiritual Living featuring Michael Gott in 2008, Cindi became intrigued with POSI (positive) music. Some of her favorite musical people are Michael Gott, StoweGood, Karen Drucker, Eddie Watkins Jr., Faith Rivera and Jana Stanfield.
